The story is a romantic suspense- with mystery, a serial killer (or two), danger, shocks, twists, emotion, heart-stopping action, gruesome and chilling details. and so much more. Cold Light of Day really have non-stop action. The action doesn't stay with the main characters. It gets spread out between the secondary characters in the story. The only thing that the readers/listeners know is that there is still a spy in the FBI Agency working with the Russians.
